Q: What's your turnaround time for custom pieces?

Depending on complexity and how many pieces I am working on at the moment, typical turnaround is 5-10 business days for digital art and 2-4 weeks for basic physical pieces. More complex pieces will take longer. Please contact me to discuss your needs.

Q: I have an idea I would like to discuss, is there a charge for an initial consultation?

No, there is no charge for an initial consultation up to 60 minutes. Please contact me to discuss your needs.

Q: Are your art pieces AI generated?

No! I do not use AI generated images in my art or digital shadow boxes.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

International shipping may be available. Please contact me for a custom quote.

Q: Do you only build pieces concerning U.S. Military branches? Do you also build pieces for non-U.S. Military service-members and families?

While my main focus and knowledge is U.S. Military branches, I am learning non-U.S. Military uniform, badge, medal, and presentation regulations and expectations.
